Must Haves

Think.

To what extent, you are organized.
Still you mess up with a notebook and a piece of pencil.
Still you spend a lot and more to calculate monthly expenses written in your diary.

Say good bye to the paper world.

Why don’t you ‘computerize’ your daily doings? Why do you say a big NO to new techniques.

Here, I share some useful tools/softwares which will ease your daily doings.

1. Spreadsheet
Use a spreadsheet software(Microsoft Excel or OpenOffice.org Calc ) as a daily log for your financial transactions. Spend a two minute at night to enter the transactions.
After one month, you can review it. You can achieve the big thing. Now you can tell where you spent much.

You can download my simple Daily Log

2. Use bookmarks
If you spend a lot and more with web browsers, why don’t you login to delicious.com or digg.com. Bookmark interesting links for future reference.

3. Calendar
Well.
https://www.google.com/calendar/ A great pick. Plan everything in it. Share it with belovedĀ  ones. Share it with your colleagues. And you may set remainder for a to-do(as SMS)

4. File sharing
Use a file sharing software(such as Dropbox, SkyDrive or Google Drive). Don’t always search your pockets for a flash drive.
